Fiore resigns as Granville Township supervisor

LEWISTOWN — Granville Township Supervisor Joseph Fiore has resigned from the board, citing personal reasons and a desire to spend more time with his family. Fiore’s resignation was effective Wednesday, Aug. 26. The departure comes amid months of heated public discussion over a proposed data center in the township. Meetings related to the proposal have drawn hundreds of residents, many of whom have spoken in opposition to the development.
