The bride is the daughter of Roxanne Frans of Finksburg, Maryland, and Johnny Miller, of Madisonville, Kentucky. The groom is the son of Sandra and David Goss, of Milroy.
The flower girl was Jordyn Goss, niece of the groom.
The ring bearer was Sean Hall, son of the bride.
The Rev. Patrick A. Goss, brother of the groom, performed the ceremony.
A reception followed at Portalli’s in downtown Ellicott City, Maryland.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Westminster High School and received a master’s degree from Towson University in 2000. She is employed as a teacher in the Baltimore County School District.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Indian Valley High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University in 1998. He is employed as an industrial sales manager in Baltimore, Maryland.
Following a honeymoon to Montego Bay, Jamaica, they live in Westminster, Maryland.
