Lewistown woman charged for possession during alleged dispute LEWISTOWN — Lewistown Police Department officers were dispatched to an alleged domestic dispute on West Third Street in Lewistown at 12:13 p.m. on July 30 between Heather R. Wagner, 39, of Lewistown, and her boyfriend, according to a release issued on Thursday. The boyfriend claimed Wagner was using his information to open loans. Tractor-trailer overturns, spills grain on U.S. 322 FERMANAGH TOWNSHIP — A tractor-trailer overturned after leaving the roadway on U.S. 322 in Juniata County, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Police said the crash occurred at 11:51 p.m. July 12 about one mile east of the Arch Rock on-ramp when a 2019 Peterbilt driven by William J. Lehman, 54, of Bellefonte, traveled off the left side of the roadway. The driver attempted to correct, causing the semi-trailer to overturn and spill its load of grain.
