State College man killed in I-99 crash

From the Altoona Mirror ALTOONA — A 40-year-old State College man was killed in a two-vehicle crash on I-99 in Antis Township shortly after midnight Tuesday. According to state police and the Blair County Coroner’s Office, Joshua Russell Brown was driving a 2020 Toyota Tundra pickup truck north in the left, southbound lane of I-99 near mile marker 42.6. The Toyota crashed head-on into a southbound tractor-trailer about 12:37 a.m. Police said the driver of the tractor-trailer attempted to avoid the crash, but was unable to do so.
