State Police seek two after foot chase, flight

Troopers identified the individuals as Jonathan Ralph Haubert, 38, and Nicole C. Bohn, 35.
According to police, the incident occurred around 8 a.m. Feb. 9 when Mifflin County Probation officers attempted to serve a warrant on Bohn at a residence along Route 235 in Delaware Township.
Police said Bohn fled the residence on foot. During the incident, Haubert allegedly entered a silver Dodge Caravan bearing Pennsylvania registration JBE8000 and began traveling along Route 235. Bohn then entered the vehicle, and the pair fled at a high rate of speed, authorities said.
Haubert has been charged with hindering apprehension and obstructing administration of law. Bohn faces charges including felony flight to avoid apprehension, as well as evading and resisting arrest.
Haubert is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, about 190 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Bohn is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, about 100 pounds, with blue eyes and strawberry-blonde hair.
State police said both individuals have active warrants.
