Lewistown man cited for disorderly conduct

LEWISTOWN — Harold Izzo McGrayne, 59, of Lewistown, was cited for disorderly conduct for yelling inside Sheetz that he was an FBI agent among other things creating a disturbance at 8:06 a.m. on Nov. 17, according to a report released by the Lewistown Police Department on Friday.

Lewistown man jailed for repeated theft convictions

LEWISTOWN — Lewistown Police Department officers were dispatched to the Sheetz, 113 N. Juniata St., Lewistown, for a report of retail theft at 11:25 a.m. on Nov. 17, according to a report issued on Friday. After reviewing surveillance footage, officers said they observed Charles E. Gummo, 43, of Lewistown, failing to pay for a drink. The report said Gummo had six prior retail theft convictions making this a felony offense. Officers located Gummo at his residence on West Fifth Street where he was taken into custody without incident, the report said. Police said he was held in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility, pending arraignment on this charge.

McClure man cited for traffic offenses

LEWISTOWN – Lewistown Police Department officers stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of Giant Food Store, 200 S. Dorcas St., Lewistown, that was being driven with a license plate that did not belong on the vehicle, according to a report issued on Friday. The driver, Shaune Gardner, 22, of McClure, was cited for driving with a suspended license along with several other traffic offenses, police said. Officers searched the vehicle and found methamphetamine, marijuana and a large quantity of drug paraphernalia, the report said. Gardner was charged for possessing drugs and paraphernalia, police said.

Possession charges filed against Mifflin man

LEWISTOWN — Lewistown Police Department officers were summoned to the Mifflin County Correctional Facility in Lewistown at 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 after Jose Atanacio-Kuilan, 24, of Mifflin, was brought to the jail after he was arrested in Juniata County, according to a report issued on Friday. Possession, the report said. Police said charges were filed against Atanacio for drug possession.

Lewistown man jailed for drug possession

LEWISTOWN — Lewistown Police Department officers were flagged down for a reported theft at 261 W. Third St., Lewistown, at 1:08 a.m. on Nov. 21, according to a report issued on Friday. While searching for a stolen cell phone, officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, the report said. Sean Smith, 49, of Lewistown, was charged for drug and paraphernalia possession and lodged in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility on a probation detainer, the report said. Mifflin County Regional Police Department also assisted.

Lewistown man arrested for criminal trespass

LEWISTOWN — Lucas Petrillo, 52, of Lewistown, admitted to entering a residence at 62 Catherine St., Lewistown, and was arrested for criminal trespass at 9:31 a.m. on Nov. 21, according to a report issued on Friday. Police said Petrillo unlawfully entered the residence while the victim and her two young children were inside. Police said Petrillo was lodged in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility pending arraignment on these charges.
