Male suspected of driving under the influence McVEYTOWN — According to a report filed by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, officers responded to a vehicle crash at around 11 p.m. Saturday on US Highway 522 just south of South River Road, Oliver Township. The report states that Clint Harshbarger, 53, of McVeytown, was traveling north in a 2004 Subaru Forester when Harshbarger veered off the right side of the roadway coming into contact with a guide rail before coming to a final stop.
