Jacob C. Peachey

He was born on Aug. 17, 1960, to the late Daniel N. Peachey and Susie J. (Swarey) Peachey, who survives.

Also surviving is his wife, Nancy M. (Peachey) Peachey and children: Reuben J. and wife, Susie, of N.Y., Rhoda M. and husband, Ezra, of Belleville, Melvin S. and wife, Ada, of Reedsville, Lydia S. and husband, Amos, of Belleville, Susan J. and husband, Jonas, of Reedsville, Rachel E. and husband, Cristy, of Belleville; 34 grandchildren, as well as four sisters and five brothers: Joel and (Elsie) King, of Howard, (Noah) and Katie Peachey, (David) and Effie Peachey, Ephraim and (Arie) Yoder, all of Rockville, IN, Henry and (Hettie) Peachey, of Allensville, (Daniel) and Mary Peachey, of Belleville, (Sylvan) and Nancy Peachey, of Allensville, Melvin and Fannie at home.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Levi J. and a sister, Susie J.

He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

His viewing will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2026 at his home, 239 Barrville Mountain Road, Reedsville. Funeral to be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 25, 2026, at 281 Barrville Mountain Road, Reedsville. Burial will take place at Green Lane Cemetery, Reedsville.
