Driver cited after crash into utility pole MCALISTERVILLE — A Richfield man was cited following a one-vehicle crash in Monroe Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown. Police said Terry Hosler, 66, was driving a 2003 GMC Sierra south on Black Dog Road at about 2 a.m. June 20 when the vehicle left the right side of the roadway, struck a utility pole and traveled down a small embankment into a wooded area. From staff reports MIFFLINTOWN — A fishing and boating access area along eastbound Route 22 in Juniata County will be closed July 13-16 while crews complete rehabilitation work, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
