HARRISBURG — Three people were killed in crashes investigated by Pennsylvania State Police during the four-day Labor Day holiday weekend, while troopers made 450 arrests for driving under the influence. State police investigated 790 crashes from Sept. 4 through Sept. 7, including 152 injury-related crashes.
