From staff reports DANVILLE — Geisinger Health is continuing its rollout of security screenings at hospital entrances across central and northeastern Pennsylvania, with Geisinger Lewistown Hospital expected to begin screening visitors this fall. The health system announced that Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital and Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital will become the next facilities to implement screenings when they begin July 13. From staff reports THOMPSONTOWN — Motorists should expect delays next week as milling, paving and sidewalk improvements begin on several roads in Juniata County, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Beginning Monday, July 13, crews will install Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant curb ramps along Route 333 and Route 3002 (Main Street Road) in Thompsontown Borough. From staff reports LEWISTOWN — A man wanted on an outstanding warrant is facing felony drug charges after police allegedly found methamphetamine inside a backpack he left in a residence while attempting to avoid arrest. According to the Lewistown Police Department, officers observed Rodney L. Frymyer Jr., 30, who has no fixed address, walking on South Pine Road on July 2. Driver cited after crash into utility pole MCALISTERVILLE — A Richfield man was cited following a one-vehicle crash in Monroe Township, according to the Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown.
