BEDFORD -- A Virginia homicide suspect was arrested after a pursuit and "high-risk" traffic stop Tuesday afternoon on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bedford County. State police on Tuesday received an alert that Roger Paul Allen Bradford, 60, was wanted in Virginia in connection with the fatal shooting of his wife that occurred earlier that day.
