Unconscious scooter rider crashes twice LEWISTOWN — An unidentified 30-year-old area man was found unresponsive on North Grand Street in Lewistown after a recent scooter crash at 8:53 a.m. on July 16, according to a release issued by the Lewistown Police Department on Thursday. Narcan had no effect, he briefly lost his pulse and EMS revived him. He repeatedly stood up then collapsed, refused treatment and left on his scooter. From staff reports BELLEFONTE — Motorists traveling Interstate 80 through Centre County should expect lane restrictions beginning Monday as contractors begin paving work tied to one project and prepare for a new traffic pattern for another. PennDOT said the first restriction will begin Monday, when the contractor for the Interstate 80/Interstate 99 high-speed interchange project closes the left lane of I-80 westbound between mile markers 161 and 158 for paving work.
