Local resident charged with robbing Vince’s Pizza
Lewistown mother and son allegedly involved
BURNHAM — Amy Jo Druckemiller, 44, of Lewistown, has been accused of robbing Vince’s Pizza and Family Restaurant.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, at 9:36, Nov. 23, police were notified of a robbery at Vince’s Pizza.
According to police, a manager/supervisor said two females wearing similar masks demanded money from the cash register at knifepoint. Another employee working that night called 911.
Another employee told police one of the females sounded like Druckemiller, who was recently fired from the restaurant, according to the affidavit.
Druckemiller allegedly fled the scene to a silver Nissan, and after reviewing video surveillance, police identified the driver as Nicholas Colyer: Druckemiller’s son.
Joshua Metz told police that Colyer and Druckemiller were talking about robbing restaurant, according to the affidavit.
The second female’s charges were dropped.
Druckemiller is facing charges of robbery, simple assault, conspiracy to commit robbery and theft. Colyer is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Druckemiller’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m., Dec. 4 before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan W. Reed. Colyer’s preliminary hearing ais scheduled for 9 a.m., Nov. 27 before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan W. Reed.
Druckemiller and Colyer are being held at the Mifflin County Correctional Facility on $150,000 and $100,000 bail respectively.
