To The Editor: This letter is in response to Michael Spahr’s letter entitled, “When will liberals use common sense?’. It appeared in The Sentinel on March 29th. I consider myself socially liberal, so here are a few of my observations about common sense. My common sense tells me that when a new virus that we have no immunity to is killing people, spreading rapidly, and is approaching the point of overwhelming the health care system, it’s probably best to stay at home to slow the spread of the disease. Writer missed the point A reply to Erick Erickson’s Editorial in the Sentinel on April 7. Mr. Erickson’s editorial missed the most important part of the current chapter of the Trump witch hunt. It is no crime to pay money to keep someone from revealing your bad behavior. When money is requested via pay up or I squeal, it is called extortion! It is a crime! Banning TikTok stifles young voices To The Editor: As I sit in my cubicle at work, I hear my boss speaking to an older person. When the conversation slows, she says something about the spoiled nature of my generation. Generation Z. I know the folks at home are already nodding and agreeing to this statement.
