Thank You In January of 2003, I preached my first sermon as pastor of the Maple Grove Mennonite Church in Belleville, PA. Now, 20+ years later, on August 27, 2023, I will be preaching my last sermon as pastor. This letter is to publicly express my thanks to the congregation for the many ways they cared for and supported me and my family over the years. If the working poor in America have it so rough, why do poor people from all over the world want to come here? They risk life and limb to get here. First is the cocaine that was found by the Secret Service in the White House. It took a long time for the location of where it was actually found to be reported.
