Attorney faces possible discipline over conduct in election lawsuit

An attorney who represented a Pennsylvania county as it attempted to investigate the 2020 election is facing possible suspension or disbarment. Thomas Carroll, an attorney from the Lehigh Valley, represented Fulton County in a long-running dispute the county had with the Pennsylvania Department of State and a voting equipment manufacturer. Americans impacted by 9/11 calling on Congress to act

(The Center Square) – Americans who’ve been impacted by terrorism have been calling on Congress to authorize full funding for the U.S. Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund (USVSST Fund) and for transparency related to two 9/11 lawsuits. A bipartisan group filed HR 9795, led by U.S. Reps. from New York, Laura Gillen, a Democrat, and Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican, to ensure that $3 billion is transferred to the fund a year.
