MIFFLINTOWN — Juniata County Commissioners proclaimed September as Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month on Tuesday. REEDSVILLE — Philips plans to expand its ultrasound manufacturing operation in Reedsville, creating 101 jobs over the next three years while retaining 518 existing full-time positions, according to a news release from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
