PSU women's hockey names ten newcomers for 2026-27 season

UNIVERSITY PARK — The Penn State women’s hockey team announced ten newcomers for the upcoming season with two transfers and eight newcomers set to join the program for the 2026-27 season. Representing seven states and two Canadian provinces, the class is composed of six forwards, two defenseman, and two goalies. “We are amped about the incoming Class of 2030," said head coach Jeff Kampersal. Martin named to Player of the Year Watch List

UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State’s Kennedy Martin was named to the AVCA Women’s Volleyball National Player of the Year Watch List on Wednesday. The senior was one of 30 players to make the list, including 10 from the Big Ten. Martin made an appearance on the Player of the Year Watch List for a third-consecutive season. Keller, Morrow invited to USA Hockey Women’s National Festival

MINNETONKA, Minn. – Rising sophomores Mikah Keller and Sophie Morrow of the Penn State women's hockey team have been invited to the 2026 USA Hockey Women's National Festival, USA Hockey announced Monday afternoon. Keller and Morrow are among 46 collegiate players selected to attend the festival, which will be held Aug. 2-9 at Herb Brooks Arena in Lake Placid, N.Y.
