Mifflin County came from behind to down Europe, 11-7, in the semifinal game of the Babe Ruth 15-16-year-old World Series. Huskies open season at Iron Valley

LEBANON — Mifflin County golf opened the fall season Thursday with a Mid-Penn Keystone match at Iron Valley, the home of Palmyra. The Huskies were 1-6 on the day. The Huskies lost to Palmyra, Mechanicsburg, Red Land, Cedar Cliff, and Bishop McDevitt. The purple and white defeated Milton Hershey. The Huskies were led by Evan Breon, who shot 82, which was good for a tie for sixth place overall. Caleb Bubb shot 89, Chase Krepps added a 97 and Raul Rodriguez tallied a 108. The Huskies are back in action Monday when they visit Colonial Golf & Tennis Club.
