CURVE, Pa. - Altoona and Akron's game on Sunday night was postponed due to inclement weather. The teams will make up the rained-out game on Thursday, September 10 at PNG Field when the 'Ducks return for the final week of the regular season. The doubleheader is slated to start at 4:30 p.m. with a pair of seven-inning games.
Fans holding tickets to Sunday's game may exchange them for another game this season based on availability. Tickets must be exchanged in person at the box office. The box office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and every game day.
Altoona begins a fresh week of baseball at Binghamton on Tuesday night at 6:07 p.m. RHP Peyton Stumbo will start in the series opener for the Curve with RHP Gary Gill Hill slated to start for the Rumble Ponies.
