Betty L. Corbin
Betty L. Corbin, 89, of Milroy, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025, at Locust Grove Retirement Village.
She was born on March 11, 1936 in Siglerville, to the late Charles A. and Mary Grace (Hassinger) Fultz. On March 5, 1955, she married James W. Corbin, who preceded her in death in Jan. 2020.
Surviving are children: James W. Corbin Jr. and wife, Cindy, of Milroy, Randy L. Corbin, of Reedsville; grandchildren: Jason Corbin, Casey E. Drake and husband, Aaron, and Evan Corbin and companion, Lyndsay Wilson and daughter Madison; and a sister, Phyllis Frankhouser.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Leroy Fultz, and a sister, Sarah Jane Butts.
Betty graduated in 1954 from Armagh-Brown High School and was a waitress for 42 years at various locations in the Milroy area.
She enjoyed playing bingo, putting jigsaw puzzles together and watching the Philadelphia Phillies, as she was an avid fan.
The family would like to thank Betty’s home caregivers and the nurses and aides with Geisinger Hospice for the wonderful care she received prior to going to Locust Grove Retirement Village.
Per her wishes, there will be no services.
