HARRISBURG — The Diocese of Harrisburg announced restored masking guidelines for clergy and lay members for the distribution of Holy Communion for all parishes. As COVID-19 cases continued to rise, these guidelines are being restored in caring for the health, safety and spiritual wellbeing of parishioners and their communities. Where did we come from? How did the world come into being? Can we really understand the origins of the universe? These are critically important questions that great minds have probed into for centuries. The problem is, of course, no one was there to witness it all.
