Centre Hall man charged after traffic stop leads to drug seizure

MILROY — A Centre Hall man is facing felony drug charges after Armagh Township police allegedly found fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Milroy. Clinton Allen Hardy, 33, was charged with two felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, three misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. VA medical center receives funding for infrastructure improvements

ALTOONA — The James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center has received additional federal funding to continue infrastructure improvements as part of the Department of Veterans Affairs' Non-Recurring Maintenance program.
