The Mennonite Central Committee started its meat canning project Monday. Volunteers will continue the process throughout the week. More helping hands are needed from 7 a.m to 9 p.m. today through Friday at the Chief Logan Volunteer Fire Department’s main station at 1800 Glenwood Ave.; meals are provided.
