The Mid-Penn Conference All-Division Teams were announced and several area athletes received high honors.

In boys basketball, Mifflin County guard Jack Curry made the Keystone Second Team All-Division. Hershey’s Cameron Sweeney was named Player of the Year and Milton Hershey’s Scott Rooney earned Coach of the Year.

In girls basketball, guard Mackenzie Peachey, of Mifflin County, made the second team in the Keystone Division. Teammate Jayda Kanagy made the third team. Mechanicsburg’s Maycee Yanoski was named Player of the Year and her coach, Clay McAllister, was named Coach of the Year.

In boys wrestling, Mifflin County’s Andrew Alexander made the first team in the Commonwealth Division. He wrestled at 114 pounds. Husky Reese Christine, at 189 pounds, reached the second team. At 107, Husky Ethan Johnson also reached the third team and Jake Knable, at 139, made the third team. At 172, Brayan Aurand reached the third team in the Commonwealth.

Cedar Cliff’s Kavin Muyleart was named Wrestler of the Year. Earning Coach of the Year honors was Gettysburg’s Chris Haines.
