MILROY — Pennsylvania State Police are asking for assistance in locating a missing person.

Howard Robert Bender, 59, was reported missing on July 14. Through the course of investigation, it was found that Bender had also been reported missing by the Southern Regional Police Department in New Freedom, York County on July 7.

Bender was last seen in Armagh Township at about 10:30 p.m. wearing a red shirt and khaki pants.

Bender has blue eyes, gray hair, stands about 6 feet and weighs 220 pounds.
