Aviation ground school returning to Mifflin County Airport

REEDSVILLE — A 14-week aviation ground school will return to the Mifflin County Airport this fall after strong interest in previous classes, organizers announced. Sponsored by Chapter 518 of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), the course will begin Wednesday, Sept. 16, and will meet one evening each week, except during holidays. WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal appeals court has upheld a ruling that in nearly half of U.S. states halted President Donald Trump's executive order to create a federal list of eligible voters and limit delivery of mail ballots only to people on that list. WASHINGTON — Federal health officials on Friday expanded the scope of their investigation into an outbreak of a diarrhea-causing parasite to four additional states, broadening the size of the largest U.S. outbreak of cyclospora.
