Bishops celebrate 50th anniversary

Ab and Sharon Bishop, of Ulysses, formerly of Burnham, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.They were married May 21, 1966, at The Trinity Church on Oak Street, Lewistown. Rev. Colyers celebrate 35th anniversary

Steven Michael and Annette Lynn (Bowersox) Colyer, of Lewistown, recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary.They were married on June 6, 1981, in Lewistown.Their special anniversary was celebrated with a party at Kish Park.They are the parents of Steven Jr., Fredrick, Jesse, Chad, Jeffrey and Dustin Colyer, all of Lewistown, and have 18 grandchildren, and three step-grandchildren.Both work at A.C.P.I.They attribute the success of their marriage to just hanging in there.

Fultzes celebrate 50th anniversary

The family of Gary and Esther Fultz, of Belleville, is hosting a card shower for the couple, who are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today, June 4, 2016.They were united in marriage in 1966 at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Centre Hall, by the Rev. Dean Rupe.Gary and Esther are the parents of Michael and Brian Fultz, both of Belleville.They have one granddaughter, Reece Alexis Fultz.Gary is retired from the former Ford New Holland plant in Belleville, with 35 years of service, and spent 11 years as the Union Township zoning officer. Mills celebrate 50 years

Consulate Health Care's Locust Grove Retirement Village in Mifflin recently helped Emerson and Ann Marie Mills celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple celebrated the milestone of 50 years surrounded by friends, family and the Locust Grove community. Ann Marie is currently a resident at the care center, and her Locust Grove family was excited to meet and mingle with her husband, children and grandchildren, who all helped plan the party at the center.
