Born March 15, 1933, Earl was the son of Lloyd and Ethel (Moist) Kenepp. His wife of 62 years, Janet B. (Pelurie) Kenepp died in 2023. He was preceded in death by four siblings: Donald Kenepp, Audrey Morgan, Rev. Harold Kenepp and Jeanne Kenepp. He is survived by a son, Gregory (wife Elizabeth), a daughter, Lori (partner Jim) and a brother Paul Kenepp (wife Diana).
