Doris “Dorie” M. Remensnyder, 93, of Belleville, was called home on Jan. 13, 2025. She was born Jan. 26, 1931, in Pittsburgh to George and Mary McComb. Her husband of 59 years, David Remensnyder, preceded her in death in 2015. Dorie graduated from Penn State University with a degree in education, as she adored children. While raising her family she volunteered with Big Valley Ambulance Club, Hospice Care and worked as a substitute teacher.
