PORT ROYAL - The Big Tree Music and Arts Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on July 9 at the Lions Club Park in Port Royal.Organizers are accepting applications for the art display. For 16-year-old Harry Kieffer, 1862 provided plenty of military drama. First he joined Company D of the 150th Pennsylvania Volunteers at Mifflinburg in Union County.
