One dead, another injured in Snyder County crash
RICHFIELD — According to Pennsylvania State Police at Selinsgrove, two vehicles crashed on Route 35 near its intersection with Cherry Hill Road in West Perry Township at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, leaving one woman dead and a man with severe injuries. Meghann M. Yates, 42, of Mount Pleasant Mills, was traveling North on Route 35 between Evendale and Richfield when she drifted into the southbound lane in a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, hitting 38-year-old Richfield man Aaron Alderfer’s 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck, according to state police.
