Huskies can’t control Beavers’ bats in play-in loss

DUBOIS — Tuesday’s loss to the DuBois Beavers epitomized the softball season for the Mifflin County Huskies. All spring, the Huskies either got a stellar pitching performance and their bats went cold, or they piled up runs and couldn’t get the big out when they needed it.
