Lions baseball game moved to 3:30 today

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State baseball has moved up its series opener against Iowa on Friday, March 13 to 3:30 p.m. at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. The game was originally scheduled for 5:30 p.m. but has been moved up to avoid weather concerns. Saturday’s game is still slated for 2 p.m. and Sunday is still scheduled for 1 p.m. All games this weekend will be broadcast on B1G+. All games at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park are free admission for all ages.

Lions meet Iowa in Big Ten showdown

UNIVERSITY PARK – The Penn State baseball team battles Iowa to begin Big Ten action this weekend, March 13-15, at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. The teams are set to begin the series on Friday at 5:30 p.m. Saturday is set for a 2 p.m. first pitch and Sunday is scheduled for 1 p.m. All games will be streamed on B1G+. Friday is Family Day, while Saturday features postgame autographs and Sunday includes postgame kids run the bases (12 & under). INDIANAPOLIS – No. 30 Avery Bassett (174) of the Lock Haven men’s wrestling team was named an at-large selection for the 2026 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship. Wrestlers will compete in the 2026 NCAA Division I Men's Wrestling Championships at Rocket Mortgage Areana in Cleveland, Ohio, from March 19-21, 2026.
