Phyllis Jean Alexander, 84, of 74 Marlick Ave., Reedsville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024, at her home. She was born on Aug. 18, 1939, in Buffalo, N.Y., a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret E. (Stephens) Maracle. On July 23, 1960, she married Rodney L. Alexander, who preceded her in death on May 30, 2016. She is survived by: a son, William L.
