Susan Ann Davis

Born Jan. 3, 1955, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Merle Bell and Verna (Estep) Hoffman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; siblings, Jane Hoffman, Thomas Hoffman, Richard Hoffman, Ronald Hoffman; nephew, Roger Hoffman.

She is survived by her daughter, Heather Gross and fiancÈ, Scott Deavor, of Burnham; sisters, Betty Miller, of Granville, and Nancy Hoffman, of Lewistown; special nephew, Brandon Hoffman; many great nieces and nephews.

In her earlier years, Sue was employed at Scotty’s Fashions.

She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved animals of all kinds. Her interest with lighthouses reflected her appreciation for beauty and symbolism. Sue’s favorite color was purple, which perfectly reflected her vibrant personality. She was also particularly fond of the sweet fragrance of lilacs. Known for her fiery temper, Sue’s passionate nature and authenticity were deeply appreciated and loved by her family. Sue found joy in dancing and enjoyed attending live performances by bands.
