Kelsey Nicole Moyer
Kelsey Nicole Moyer, 30, of Harrisburg, passed away on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at her home. She was born on June 13, 1995, in Harrisburg, and was the beloved daughter of George S. Moyer Jr. of Reedsville, and Robin (Rittenhouse) Moyer, of Harrisburg.
In addition to her parents, Kelsey is survived by her maternal grandparents, James Rittenhouse Jr. and Linda, of Reedsville, and her paternal grandparents, Pamela Smyers and James, of Milroy. She is also survived by her aunts and an uncle; Kristi Ughetto and her husband, Joseph II, of Lewistown; Amy Aumiller and her husband, Jon, of Milroy; and Christopher Moyer and his wife, Vita, of Madisonburg; and many beloved cousins.
Kelsey was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George S. Moyer Sr.
Kelsey graduated from Central Dauphin High School in 2013. She was most recently employed as a finance specialist at HACC.
Kelsey brought light into the lives of everyone she met and will be remembered for her infectious smile, kind heart, and her deep love for animals. She will be extremely missed by her fur babies who brought so much joy to her life: Jackson, Zeus and Olivia. Kelsey also had a deep appreciation for nature and found peace outdoors hiking or walking forest trails. She also enjoyed crocheting and reading.
A receiving of friends and family will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, located at 200 N. Main St., Lewistown. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 p.m., with Pastor Doug Sabin officiating.
