Linda L. Borhman
Linda L. Borhman, 78, of Port Royal, passed away at 8:49 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025 at the Greenwood Village, Lewistown.
Born on May 13, 1947 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late William E. Lebkicher and Helen (Bowers) Lebkicher. On Dec. 28, 1968, she married her husband, Gerald D. “Danny” Borhman with whom she was blessed to share almost 50 years of marriage before his passing on Nov. 24, 2018.
She is survived by: two sons, Cory D. Borhman and his companion, Maddy Bishop, of Walnut, and Jason W. Borhman and his wife, Amy, of Mifflintown, as well as a brother, John Lebkicher and wife, Nancy. Linda was preceded in death by brothers, Bill Lebkicher and Terry Lebkicher.
She was a 1965 graduate of Juniata Joint High School in Mifflintown.
Her work history included serving as secretary for Kretzman’s, JTPA and Setco and she also managed the Roller Junction in Mifflintown.
Linda was a member of the Eastern Star and social member of the Crawford Brubaker Post 5863 VFW. She enjoyed reading and loved to mow grass and loved to sew.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 from the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge St., Mifflintown with Pastor Jennifer Heikes officiating. Interment will follow at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Nook.
A vewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
