Michael Lee Fackender

Born Oct. 18, 1952, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late George and Marjorie (Brown) Fackender Hess and stepson of the late Warren L. Hess.

In addition to his parents and stepfather, Michael was preceded in death by his brothers, Steven Fackender and Leroy Hess. He was the last of his immediate family.

Michael is survived by two nieces, Angela Lyles and Heather Fackender, both of Lewistown, 10 great-nieces and great-nephews, his best friend, Jake Thompson, of Lewistown, and his other fishing buddies.

He was a graduate of Lewistown High School, Class of 1970.

He worked at a sawmill in his earlier years and was an avid muskie fisherman.

There will be no services.
