Richard A. Fleck

Born on Oct. 2, 1966, in Lewistown, he was the son of Allene E.S. Fleck and the late John W. Fleck, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia A. (Goss) Fleck; brother, John W. Fleck, Jr. and wife, Jennifer; sister, Christine A. Taylor and husband, Brian; 2 nephews, Tre V. and Trevor R. Fleck; niece, Alexandra M. Fleck, and mother-in-law, Peggy A. Goss.

Earlier in life, he was a dispatcher for Burnham/Derry Police Dept, Lewistown Borough Police Dept, and the Mifflin County 911 Center. He was currently employed by the Pa. Turnpike Commission as a Traffic Operations Center Technician with 22 years of service.

He was a graduate of Penn View Christian Academy, class of 1984. He was an EMT for over 30 years, an active volunteer firefighter and member of City Hook and Ladder Co. No. 14, and had been an active member of Newtown Fire Co, in Burnham.

He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Lewistown.

All services will be private and at the convenience of the family with interment at Juniata Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. King-Barr Funeral Home LLC is in charge of arrangements.
