Christopher James White
Christopher James White, formerly of McVeytown, died unexpectedly at his home in Schuylkill Haven, Pa., at about 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2023.
He was the the beloved son of David E. White and partner, Mary Irvine, of Lewistown; husband of Cierra White, of Schuylkill Haven and grandson of Helen A. White, of McVeytown.
He was preceded in death by David I. White (grandfather whom he adored), also of McVeytown.
Married just short of one year to his wife, Cierra, he is survived by his three children, son, Logan Thomas White, of Hamburg, and his two daughters, Maizlyn and Salem, also of Schuylkill Haven.
Christopher, in his earlier years, was a member of the McVeytown Presbyterian Church and enjoyed many things, one of which was being a counselor at camp Krisland’s summer retreat, to which the church afforded him the opportunity to attend. He also enjoyed playing music, art, video games, fishing, cooking, and camping. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children.
He was an amazing father, husband, son and grandson. He will be truly missed. RIP my beautiful son. May God watch over you.
A celebration of life service will be announced when arrangements are complete.
Memorial contributions may be made to his family, c/o Cierra White, 510 Dock St., Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
