Anna ‘Margie’ Wagner

Born Feb. 4, 1936, in Reedsville, she was the daughter of the late Ross L. and Anna (Specht) Maben.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Robert W. Wagner, who passed in 1991, and a son, Paul E. Kanour.

She is survived by a daughter, Debra Sobota and husband, Andy, of Ohio; siblings, Beverly Pearson and husband, Walter, of Port Royal, Dennis K. Weyant and wife, Patty, of Yeagertown; grandchildren, Anne M. Swary and husband, Eric, Drew Sabota, Brittany Kuster, Julian Kanour and wife, Mel; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Dominic Swary, Audrey Sobota, Evelyn Kuster, Millie Kanour; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She attended Lewistown High School.

Anna attended Lewistown Assembly of God Church.

She worked at Fisher Electronics in her early years and volunteered at Beacon Lodge for the Blind.

Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting, and embroidering.

Services are private and held at the convenience of the family.
