Greetings in the precious name of our Jesus! This morning, I’d like to share, once again, little stories of my grandchildren and how they so often speak to my heart. Camp adds new position

MIFFLINBURG — The Camp Mount Luther Corporation has announced the addition of a new full-time staff member. The new position will expand a part-time position that was created last year. It’s part of a new staffing structure as the camp gears up for a capital campaign in the near future. Rev. James A. Vitale, Jr. has been promoted from part-time Outreach Director to full-time Associate Director, beginning May 1, 2023. As outreach director, Vitale focused on marketing and communications. Charles Stanley, influential Baptist preacher, dies at 90

ATLANTA (AP) — Charles Stanley, a prominent televangelist who once led the Southern Baptist Convention, died April 18 at his home in Atlanta at age 90, In Touch Ministries announced. No cause of death was announced. Born in rural Dry Fork, Virginia, Stanley was senior pastor of First Baptist Church of Atlanta for 50 years.
