Allenwood inmate charged with threatening federal officers
WILLIAMSPORT — An inmate at United States Penitentiary Allenwood has been indicted on federal charges alleging he threatened to assault and kill multiple Bureau of Prisons employees. Robert Foust, 42, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of threatening federal officers, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
