‘Dining with Diabetes’ course to be offered UNIVERSITY PARK — To help individuals build a strong base for managing diabetes and improving health, Penn State Extension will offer a “Dining with Diabetes” course on Tuesdays starting July 14. The course includes four weekly classes, a three-month follow up and a live cooking demonstration. The classes will occur from 12 to 1:30 p.m. on July 14, July 21, July 28 and Aug. 4, online.
