From staff report HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that his office has secured an agreement to provide refunds to consumers who purchased tickets for shows canceled following the abrupt closure of the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center (HMAC). PSP issues nearly 700 citations on distracted driving during crackdown

HARRISBURG — The Pennsylvania State Police issued nearly 700 citations during a three-day statewide enforcement initiative targeting drivers who violated Paul Miller’s Law, which prohibits the use of hand-held mobile devices while driving. The initiative, known as Operation Hands Off, was conducted June 8-10, just days after the law’s one-year warning period ended and citations became enforceable. Takac partners with YMCA, Centre County Pearls for school supply drive
