LEWISTOWN — Forensic DNA testing has identified the biological father of the infant at the center of a homicide case against a McVeytown woman charged in connection with the newborn’s death, according to the Mifflin County Coroner’s Office. In a news release issued Monday, Coroner Andrea L. Alcalde announced that DNA testing confirmed Anthony L. Norris as the biological father of the infant previously identified as “Baby Girl Kauffman.” The child has now been identified as Betty Lee Norris.
