Community rallies around boy injured in alligator attack

MIFFLINTOWN — A Juniata County family is facing an unimaginable challenge after a vacation in Florida turned into a life-altering tragedy when 11-year-old Brodie Dituri was seriously injured in an alligator attack. The incident occurred on June 27 while the family was vacationing in Seminole County, Fla., and officials said the attack happened at Nelson Fish Camp. EagleBank to pay $9.7M to settle federal investigation

HARRISBURG — EagleBank has agreed to pay more than $9.7 million and entered into a non-prosecution agreement to resolve a federal investigation into violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller announced Tuesday.
