From staff reports McCOYSVILLE — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has installed a radar-controlled speed display board along state Route 35 in Tuscarora Township in an effort to reduce speeding and improve traffic safety. The speed display board is located on the northbound side of Route 35 between Woodward Lane and Black Log Road near Reeds Gap, where the posted speed limit is 45 mph.
